If you would like your child to attend LAP, please complete the referral form and email it to Helen Lavelle (SENDCo) hl@tailorededucationgroup.com or for more information click the contact us button below. The Head Teacher or SENDCO will then call and answer any queries you may have, as well as providing you with all the information you need in regards to referring your child to us.
