At Tailored Education Group, we are passionate about fostering a love of reading, and this year’s World Book Day was a wonderful celebration of stories, imagination and creativity.
Throughout the day, children immersed themselves in a range of themed rooms inspired by different books and characters. Each space offered exciting activities linked to the stories, allowing pupils to explore books in a fun, interactive way.
In the lead up to the day, the children played an important role in preparing the school by helping to decorate the themed areas. Their creativity and enthusiasm helped transform the spaces and made the experience even more special.
It was fantastic to see so many pupils engaged in reading, storytelling and book-based activities, enjoying the magic that books can bring.
After such a successful celebration of reading, the excitement continues as we look ahead to National Science Week next week, where pupils will have the opportunity to explore experiments, investigations and hands-on learning.
